When people sign up to your mailing list, send a welcome message written from the heart. Express your desire to help them. Always deliver value, coupled with sincerity, to build a loyal community.
Invite your subscribers to communicate with you. Share your good and bad days. Talk with your subscribers when things are running smoothly and when you are experiencing problems that will ultimately affect them, too. Be transparent and honest.
As entrepreneurs, I believe we should all strive to be helpers because our businesses cannot be successful until we embrace the concept of serving others.
